I don’t define myself as a successful entrepreneur just yet and I think that is part of what drives me. I like to think of success as something that is really never fully achieved but always something you are striving for. This helps give me motivation and purpose.

For many pharmacists, this is a time of extraordinary opportunity to make an impact. For some, however, it will mean a lot of stress. Other pharmacists will soar. Now differentiation is the name of the game.

My key motivator is people. The impact we have on our patients’ day in and out is extremely rewarding.

As travel and tourism re-emerge from the obstacles faced during the pandemic, the way in which travel medicine is being delivered is changing, with travelers increasingly turning to their pharmacists for last-minute travel advice and vaccinations.

To this day, I can still say that what drives me is to continue to make a positive difference in the world. At Pharmascience, I continue to invest in people, in research, and in our facilities.

As I've evolved as an entrepreneur, one thing I've realized is how important it is for the long term to make sure you take time for your continued development, both mentally and physically.
