At the virtual Pharmacy U National event held March 27-30, the Pharmacy Practice + Business Innovator panel was among the most popular sessions. In this panel, we asked three of the most fascinating pharmacy owners we've profiled over the past year to tell us, in their own words, how they found, followed and built a career based on their personal passions and interests.

ANDREW SCHONBE: The PrEP Clinic
From real-life experience, Andrew Schonbe has long understood the importance of safe, non-judgmental spaces where LGBQT people can receive trusted health Information geared to their needs. His first two pharmacies provided that friendly environment in their communities. As PrEP became a more accessible treatment option for those living with HIV, Andrew saw that he could provide a much-needed and life-changing service to the community by improving access to PrEP as well as HIV treatment and preventatives. Thanks to technology, his PrEP clinic is now one of Canada's leading HIV treatment and prevention centres.
