Question:

Accreditation

Question:

Are the CE lessons approved by provincial governing bodies?

Answer:

Yes, all lessons for pharmacists are approved by CCCEP (for national CEs) or the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec (for Quebec-only CEs). Please note, not all lessons for pharmacy technicians offer accreditation. Applicable CE units will be noted with the description of each lesson.

Question:

How many credits can I earn on each lesson?

Answer:

This varies from lesson to lesson. The number of credits that can be earned is displayed in the description of each CE lesson.

Test Results

Question:

When do I get my results to a test?

Answer:

Immediately. Upon completing a test, a page will appear with your results. It features your score on the test, a link to your certificate, and also explains the answers and rationale to any questions you answered incorrectly. If you fail a test after the first try, you will have an opportunity to take the test one more time. After the second try, whether you pass or fail, a page will appear with your score and the answers and rationale to the questions you did not answer correctly.

Question:

Does the CE Online program report my test results to my provincial association?

Answer:

The CE Online program reports your results if your provincial body requires it. To view whether or not you are required to report your own results, click on "Provincial CE Requirements" in the right navigation area under "Customer Service."

Question:

How do I report my results?

Answer:

When you have successfully completed a test, you are provided with a page verifying the name of the test, your passing score and the number of CE units you earned. You may view and print this page at any time by going to "View My Report Card" in the right navigation area under "My Profile." This page contains links to all your test results and certificates for tests you have passed. If your province requires you submit your own results, you must forward the certificate to your provincial association for verification of your continuing education credits.

Question:

What is the process if I disagree with my test results?

Answer:

Please email education@canadianhealthcarenetwork.ca. A customer service representative will initiate a question review with the lesson author. The process may take two weeks or more.

Question:

Question:
