No more business as usual... Everything has changed for the business of community pharmacy. With diminishing returns attached to the traditional dispensing role, and an expanding scope of professional practice, pharmacy owners realize that it’s time to move to a new, more sustainable business model that focuses less on the sale of product and more on patient care and pharmacy services.
